Shipping policy

Shipping Time frame:

All Ready To Ship items are shipped with 3 days of payment. Made To Order & Custom shipping times will be discussed with the customer. As these items are created on demand. 

Returned Shipping/Undeliverable:

Please note, addresses are confirmed by the customer/seller and mailing system prior to shipping. If there is an address discrepancy, that is confirmed/corrected prior to shipping. An order will not be shipped without a corrected/verified address.

In the instance of an item being returned as undeliverable, any return fees incurred of the return shipment, will be the responsibility of the customer as well as any shipping fees to have the order reshipped. 
There will be a 20% restocking fee of each item returned in the order only if item returned back is in the condition in which it was initially shipped & without any damage. The order will not be eligible for refund if the time frame has exceeded the acceptable return time frame as noted.

Addresses cannot be changed once an order has been shipped. Any delay incurred due to a return, reshipped order is not the fault of the seller and the seller will not be responsible for such delays. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

International Orders

All VAT taxes/shipping fees and any other fees to ship an order Internationally will be the responsibility of the receiver not the seller. The customer understands that all taxes that are conveyed from customer to the receiver will be their responsibility. This information is also conveyed by the seller before the order is shipped. Any delay in shipping is not the responsibility of the seller. The receiver must provide customs/shipping service all necessary information to have their order released & have final delivery made. If the necessary information is not provided, and the order is returned back to the seller, the seller is NOT obligated to reship the order or refund. All attempts to reach the customer to have the order released from customs for final delivery will be made by both the seller and the shipping service. If there is no response from the seller, this voids their right to have a refund. 

Customer clearance can be a lengthy process & if there is a delay in providing correct information for delivery, this goes beyond the acceptable time frame to be eligible for a cancelation/refund. 

Please note, the seller will lose the order in customs as it is their policy to destroy the order if it is not deliverable. This will definitely not be eligible for refund as there was no return of goods.
